Effective June 4, Your Employee Services—Y.E.S.—is being replaced with a modern, cloud-based solution called AZ360. The last day employees will be able to access Y.E.S. is Tuesday, May 27 at 2 p.m when cutover begins. The first pay date in AZ360 will be June 12 (for pay period ending June 6). Beginning June 4, use az360.az.gov to submit your timesheet. Employee timesheets will be due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, and must be approved by 12 p.m. (noon) Friday, June 6. Expect to receive detailed instructions starting Wednesday, May 28.
